Your Annual Health Check - A Guide for People with Learning Disabilities

If you are 14 year old or older and have a learning disability you will be invited for an annual health check you will be invited for an annual health check.

If you have a diagnosed Learning Disability (or look after someone with a Learning Disability), you will be invited along for a health review each year. This will allow us to ensure everyone is receiving the support they need.  Please come along when invited.
