Patient Participation Group

commentsIf you are interested in joining our Patient Participation Group, please ask for details at reception in the practice.

This is an informal group which meets to discuss issues & give a patient perspective on new services & suggestions for the surgery.

Lyme Valley Practice are seeking your views on our service through a Patient Participation Group survey.   This is the first time we have used an electronic survey and we are doing so now in order to make this more accessible.
