Mrs Catrina Cornwall (f)

Catrina manages the practice and the team of staff to ensure that a high quality service is offered to our patients.  Catrina is generally available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm to help with any administration or non-medical aspects of your health treatment.  She would also be happy to help with any suggestions or complaints you may have. 

Reception

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for appointments, prescriptions or general enquiries.  They are all trained in active signposting/care navigation and will ensure that you are seen by the most appropriate clinician as quickly as possible.  As well as this our receptionists perform other important tasks such as actioning prescription requests/enquiries, dealing with other patient record information and actioning the various tasks and enquiries that they receive each day.

Our team includes:

The Team has a Senior Administrator, Dianne Green, who manages the day to day running of the practice to ensure that we adequately staffed each day, the telephones are manned and answered promptly and when patients arrive in practice, they are seen as quickly as possible.  Dianne also processes all of the onward referrals into secondary care or other community services and manages any forms which need to be completed i.e. PIP claims, DVLA forms etc.

Cleaning

Emma Smith is our Cleaner and worked hard each day to ensure that the practice is clean, tidy and ready to open at 8.00 am.  Emma also ensures that the practice complies with all of our health and safety standards around waste management and storage.
